Mike’s corporate experience and industry relationships brings expertise in strategic business planning, board governance and business growth.

Mike has previously held National Transport and Training Board as well as Advisory Board roles for private corporations.

Tim Allen

Tim has over 15 years’ experience in the construction and engineering with government agencies, and top and mid-tier contractors. Tim has delivered a wide variety of projects including station upgrades, road and rail bridges, major infrastructure, and large-scale building projects.

He is an adaptable and proven leader with highly developed communication and problem-solving skills.

Tim’s proven technical knowledge in construction has created project opportunities and risk mitigation strategies in complex rail brownfield projects. Tim has developed complex staging and schedules for precontracts and optioneering tenders that contributed heavily to the overall Tender proposal’s outcome.

Jay Bose

Jay is a highly experienced Estimator and Cost Planning Manager with over 40 years’ experience in complex multidiscipline bids in Australia and New Zealand.

He has a wide array of experience across Transport & Water Infrastructure, Renewable Energy, Rail, Mining infrastructure, Dams, Urban infrastructure & Industrial projects, under Competitive Alliance, Design & Construct, Managing Contractor, Construct Only and PPP delivery models.

Jay’s expertise includes first principles estimation build-up of direct and indirect costs, driving innovation through cost opportunities and developing alternate Value for Money proposals.

Peter Callingham

Peter has over 30 years’ experience in the rail industry across Australia in various safety roles with John Holland Rail (as a Rollingstock Operator and Rail Infrastructure Manager), RailCorp (as a Rollingstock Operator and Rail Infrastructure Manager) and ARTC (as a Rail Infrastructure Manager).

He has extensive experience in Safety Management Systems assurance and compliance in particular the Rail Safety National Law, Work Health and Safety Act, AS4292 ‘Railway Safety Management’, and Rail Transport Operator Safety Management Systems

Peter is passionate about instilling safety within an organization culture through his positive leadership and self-experiences.

Kurt Wilkinson

Kurt has more than 20 years of experience in international and national import/export businesses across road, rail, intermodal, ports, cotton, fertilizer, grain, cement petroleum and agricultural industries.

He has held various roles from Transport and Logistics Manager to General & Commercial Manager with one Australia’s largest agribusinesses. Kurt’s specialties involve asset management, operations management, strategic partnering, and business planning.

Kurt’s passion for regional economic development is driven by his dedication in achieving sustainability in the agriculture and transport industries.

Pratik Gupta

Pratik has over 10 years in the construction and engineering industry with focal subject matter in contract management and construction law. He has worked on major projects such as the South Eastern Program Alliance – Level Crossing Removal Projects and Transport for NSW Princes Highway Upgrade – Berry to Bomaderry.

Pratik is experienced in procurement strategy, assessment and development of claims, resolving commercial disputes and contract drafting across various forms of contract including AS, GC21 to NEC3.
